The Texas Municipal Clerks Association have the handbooks (which comes in a binder) for a nominal price. The handbooks are not available in electronic version and they are reviewed and revised on an ongoing basis. There is no way to share this handbook without scanning and uploading every page.

Perhaps you could table this idea at the upcoming AMCTO conference Carrie? I'm sure other clerks may be interested in this sort of project!

yes AMCTO should create one. It would create consistency for the members and it would enhance any official designation obtained.

We have none in New Brusnwick Canada but would love one. Even though I am a seasoned Clerk (meaning I have been around a while), there are still thinks I question.

Our county and city does not offer one at this time.

As far as I can see, Alberta doesn't have one either.

Maybe Monroe County has one and I am just not aware of it. I will check at my next Monroe County Clerk Association meeting
